We are a 501(C)4 organization founded on one principle: let law enforcement do their jobs and enforce immigration laws.

Here in Colorado, activist politicians have made it illegal for state and local law enforcement to work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), even if they know they are dealing with a dangerous individual without legal authorization into our country.

We fully support legal immigration and recognize the need for reform, but that does not negate the actions of those who have illegally entered this country. Our mission is to stop the State of Colorado from impeding on local law enforcement's ability to enforce immigration laws.

Mission Statement: SAFE Colorado is dedicated to fostering a safer Colorado by championing the seamless coordination of local, state, and federal law enforcement. We prioritize the protection of our communities over political agendas and hold leaders accountable to ensure the safety and well-being of every U.S. citizen and lawful resident of Colorado. Together, we aim to create a state where families feel secure, justice prevails, and public safety remains our top priority.

SAFE Colorado’s initiatives include:

  • Advocating for policies that enable stronger collaboration between law enforcement agencies at all levels.

  • Educating the public about the importance of coordinated efforts to combat crime and protect communities.

  • Holding accountable activist-politicians for decisions that impact public safety.
